Barbara Fletcher
Barbara Fletcher, 75, of Gaylord, MI, passed away on January 2, 2009 at her residence. She was born on March 17, 1933 to Herschel and Sophrona (Matthews) Rudd in Detroit, MI. She married George Fletcher on July 2, 1958 in Detroit, MI. She has lived in Gaylord since 1985, formerly of Redford Twp, MI. She worked as a bookkeeper, secretary, and office manager over the years, mostly in real estate. She was an avid sports fan, especially for all of the Detroit teams and University of Michigan Football. She loved to read and was very knowledgeable in many areas.

Barbara is survived by her husband, George of Gaylord, MI; sister, Joyce Hurley of Huntington Woods, MI; niece, Marylee; and nephews, Michael and Patrick.

As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time.
