Emily L. Kobb
Emily L. Kobb, 96, of Lewiston, formerly of Jackson, MI, passed away at McReynolds Hall on May 11, 2009. She was born on September 8, 1912 to Walter and Ella (Shepler) Scrimger in Jackson, MI. She spent most of her life in Jackson, moving to Lewiston 6 years ago to be with her son. Throughout her life, she truly enjoyed taking care of her family and enjoyed spending time at home.

Mrs Kobb was the beloved mother of William (Annabel) Roberts of Lewiston, MI; proud grandmother of six, great-grandmother of nine, and great-great-grandmother of eight. She was predeceased by husbands Quincy Roberts and Arthur Kobb, daughters Loraina (Leslie) Russell, Mary Ellen Kobb; grandson Douglas Russell; and sisters Cecil Boone, Ruth McEachern and Lucille Waltmann

Prayer services will be held in the chapel at Roseland Cemetery on Thursday, May 14, at 1:00 PM.
