Eris A. Johnson
Eris A. Johnson, 85 of Atanta, MI, formerly of Davison, MI, passed away on March 10, 2009 at Medilodge Nursing Home in Hillman, MI. She was born on July 13, 1923 to Roy and Alva (Davenport) Ward in Millington, MI. She married Willis Johnson on June 14, 1947. She was a member of the Womens Army Corps during WWII. She was a member of St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Davison and the Eastern Star in Millington, MI. She was an excellent quilter and avid crafter. She loved to travel.

Aris is survived by her son, Kim (Barb) Johnson of Atlanta, MI; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters Aileen Main and Helen Walterhouse both of Burton, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis; son Todd; and brother Burton Ward.

Memorial services will be held on March 14, 2009 at 12:00 PM at St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Davison, MI, Pastor Robert Taylor officiating.
