Russell Scott Crank
Russell Scott Crank, 31, of Alpena, MI, formerly of Gaylord and Grand Rapids, MI, passed away suddenly on July 2, 2008 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 20, 1977 in Gaylord, MI. Russ had lived in the Alpena area for the past 2 yrs. He worked in commercial construction. He enjoyed fishing and nature walks, and loved to spend time with the children.

Russ is survived by his daughter, Haley Marie Crank, and mother and step father, Sallie and Dan Hart, all of Hubbard Lake, MI; Father, Dale Crank of Kalkaska, MI; his fiancé and her children, Jessie Cramer and Kaitlyn, Courtney, and Brandon, of Alpena, MI; step brother, Adam Hart of Grand Rapids, MI; grandparents, Jim and Donna Pryor of Roseville, MI, Toni and Tuffy Polaski of Gould City, MI, Terry and Joyce Clark of Johannesburg, MI, and Ed Hart, Kay and Irene, of Gladwin, MI; great grandparents, Russell and Rosemary Pryor of Lewiston, MI, and Dora Beeckman of Essexville, MI. He was preceded in death by a brother, Redver Crank.

Funeral services for Mr Crank will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at the Green Funeral Home, Atlanta, MI at 12:00 p.m., Rev Stephen Euper officiating. Visitation hours will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Heatherton Cemetery.
