Alice Kern

Alice Faye Kern Mrs. Alice Faye Kern, 77 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully at her home on January 19, 2019. She was born in Kentucky on August 28, 1941 to the late, Delbert and Dove (Newman) Hall. She married her husband, William Kern, on November 11, 2005 and the couple have resided in Atlanta since. Together they celebrated 13 years of marriage before her passing. Alice was a member of the Knit Pickers Knitting Group in Atlanta. She enjoyed playing Bunko, reading, and traveling with her husband. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Kern of Atlanta; sons, Ronald (Kim) Petricko of Spokane, Washington; Jack (Melinda) Seymour of Oak Harbor, Washington; numerous grandchildren; sister, Pamela (Tim) Dougherty of Allen Park; and brother, Randy (Barbara) Hall of Taylor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Dove (Newman) Hall.

As were her wishes cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Alice privately.
