Annunziate Decarlo

Annunziate "Mary" Marie DeCarlo Mrs. Annunziate "Mary" Marie DeCarlo, 88 of Parrish, Florida passed away on April 10, 2014 at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. She was born in Toronto, Canada to the late, John and Josephine Mifsud on January 22, 1926. She married husband, Peter DeCarlo in August of 1946 in Detroit, Michigan. He preceded her in death in 2006. Mary has lived in Florida for the last 10 years, formerly of Johannesburg. She attended the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She spent her winters at Camp Lamora in Zephyrhills, Florida. She loved gambling and taking casino trips, but above all, she enjoyed her time spent with family. She is survived by sons, Ron (Pat) DeCarlo of Troy; Tom (Brenda) DeCarlo of Johannesburg; John (Belinda) DeCarlo of Alpena; daughters, Pat Summerlee of Osprey, Florida; Julie DeCarlo of Rochester; Lisa DeCarlo of Parrish, Florida; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Jean Duke of Toledo, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Josephine Mifsud; and husband, Peter DeCarlo. Graveside services for Mrs. DeCarlo will take place at noon on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, Lewiston, Michigan. A visitation service will be held at the Green Funeral Home; Lewiston, Michigan at 10:00AM with a rosary service at 11:45AM and interment services to follow.
