Brian Thomas Duncan, 60, of Lewiston, Michigan took his final trip around the sun on November 27, 2025. He was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on March 21, 1965 to James and Julianne (Hiebbner) Duncan. He resided in Lewiston for the past 40+ years. Brian was considered a “jack of all trades, master of woodstoves.” He perfected this trade while employed at Northland Stoves for 35+ years. He also enjoyed socializing and was a member of the Lewiston Moose and American Legion Post 198. He is and will be deeply missed.

Brian is remembered by his sisters, Susan Hazenstab, and Holly Mitchell; nieces and nephews, Nick Myers, Cydney Mitchell, Lyndsey Mitchell, Ray Hazenstab, Tyler (Piper) Hazenstab; uncle, Tom Hiebbner; and companion, Linda Schultz. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Julianne Duncan; and brothers, Arran and Cameron.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial in celebration of Brian’s life will be held in the Spring in Lewiston as Brian did not want family and friends traveling during the winter months.
