Bruce Walter

Bruce Alan Walter Mr. Bruce Alan Walter, 59 of Hillman, Michigan died on January 4, 2018 at his home. He was born in Flint, Michigan on August 12, 1958 to the late, Charles and Marion (High) Walter. Bruce resided in Hillman since 1980, formerly of Madison Heights. He was employed as a carpenter and during his career worked for Robert Allen Builders, RJ Kenyon and Sons, and Kenyon Brothers Construction. He loved wood turning and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his loving companion, Linda Albright of Hillman; daughters, Amanda (Tom) Tolan of Alpena; Andrea Thoryk of Grand Rapids; Michelle Elowski of Alpena; four grandchildren; brother, David (Tracy) Walter of Madison Heights; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Marion Walter; and brothers, Charles and Edward Walter. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial held in celebration of his life at a later date.
