Christina Maureen (Kent) Wilderman passed away on December 27, 2025, and went to meet the Lord. She entered eternal rest surrounded by the promise of God’s love and the hope of everlasting life.

Christina was born on June 16th, 1971. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She lived her life offering love and care to those around her in both spoken and unspoken ways. Her life reflected compassion and deep devotion to her family, and she leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through generations.

She is survived by her two children, Allyssa Maureen (Wilderman) Furget and Douglas Christopher Wilderman, who were the great joys of her life; her two cherished grandchildren, Avery Josaphine Wilderman and Louis David Furget who brought her immeasurable pride and happiness; her three siblings, David Kent Jr his wife Wendi, Derrel Kent his wife Sharon, and Debra (Kent) Wilson; and her loving mother Maureen Kent and father David Kent; and many dearly loved nieces and nephews.

Christina made her home in Atlanta, Michigan, where she spent her life surrounded by family and community. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her family deeply loved Christina and will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.

Though we grieve her passing, we take comfort in knowing that Christina is now at peace in the presence of the Lord, reunited with His eternal grace. Christina’s celebration of life will be held at the Assembly of God in Atlanta, Michigan, on January 2nd at 11:30 am. Visitation will take place from 10:30 AM until the time of service.
