Mrs. Deanna Jean Finetti, 81 of Lewiston, Michigan died on October 13, 2020 at her home surrounded by the love of her family. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 23, 1939 to the late, Sherman and Jean (McCard) Manzagol. She married Peter Finetti on November 1, 1958 and together they celebrated 56 years of marriage before Peter's passing in 2015. Deanna resided in Lewiston for the last 25 years but owned a home with Peter in the area for the last 47 years. She was a member of the Lewiston Lioness Lions Club and active in the Funds of the Lewiston Library Book Club. She was an avid golfer at Garland Golf Course for many years. She enjoyed to volunteer and do charity work within her community, attend plays and musicals, and read. She loved her second home in Spring Hill, Florida where she spent the winter months. She thought it was the best thing in the world to live on West Twin Lake and she enjoyed the view of the water. Deanna loved to host parties and attend parties. She was very social and loved to entertain. Above everything, her family was important to her and she valued the time she spent with them. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn (Michael Wright) Finetti of Canton; Lisa (Michael) Hahn of Brighton; son, James (Toni) Finetti of Brighton; grandchildren, Thomas (Karen), Courtney, Nicklaus, and Collin; sister, Cheryl Druc of Livonia; and sister-in-law, Kathi Manzagol of California. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Jean Manzagol; husband, Peter; and brother, Donald.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Deanna privately at this time. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Hospice of Michigan.
