Donna Edwards

Donna B. (Lindner) Edwards Donna B. (Lindner) Edwards 91, of Atlanta, Michigan passed away on September 22, 2018 at Medilodge of Hillman, Michigan. She was born in Atlanta, Michigan to Alphonse and Bertha Linesman on January 23, 1927. Donna married Donald Edwards shortly after WWII and together they had three sons, Donald, David, and Del. Donald Sr. was killed in a car accident just before the birth of his last son Del. Donna spent the majority of her life in Atlanta and attended Atlanta Schools. She was a home-maker and worked for a time at Essex-Wire Corp. She enjoyed gardening, especially liked her flowers and tomatoes, watching TV, and holiday dinners at her house with family. She is survived by sons, Donald (Bonnie) Edwards of Atlanta; David Edwards of Vanderbilt; daughter-in-law, Debbie Edwards of Central Lake; four grandchildren, Laura Ferrer of Belpre, Ohio; Donald( Sara) Edwards of Atlanta; Shannon Edwards of Grand Rapids; Michelle Edwards of Washington DC; and great-grandchildren, Spencer Ferrer, Kenny Haynes, and Allison Edwards. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Alphonse and Bertha Linseman; husband, Donald Edwards Sr; son Del Edwards, brothers, Rubin Brooks, Fred Brooks, Roy Brooks, Clyde Brooks, Leon Linesman, Ralph Linesman, sister's, Gladys Stulley, Myrta-Mae Mitchell, Irene Ayre, Ada Ross, and Alvena Barlow. As were her wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on October 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Full Gospel Church, Atlanta; Pastor Dave Fisher officiating.
