Frances Carpenter Frances Carpenter, 68, of Hillman, passed away at her residence at Patti's Adult Foster Care Home. She was born on March 28, 1944 to Louis and Frances (Nelson) Carpenter in Big Rapids, MI. Francis has spent the last 20 years at Patti's AFC home. She loved books and enjoyed going for rides in the car. She will be missed by those that cared for her. A Spring interment will take place at Hillman Rust Twp Cemetery for Ms Carpenter.
