Francis Mcglinn

Francis J. McGlinn Francis J. McGlinn, 85 of Hillman formerly of Marmora, New Jersey passed away Wednesday, April 4th, 2007 at MediLodge of Hillman. Francis was born November 30, 1921 in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Edward and Mary (Lecher) McGlinn. Francis was a block operator for Conrail Railroad for 33 years before retiring in 1984. He and wife the former Margaret Bergh moved to Hillman in September of 2006 to be near their family. Francis served his country as a member of the U S Army during WW II, and was a member of the VFW and the American Legion in New Jersey. Francis is survived by his wife Margaret, daughters Patty (Harvey) Ross of Hillman and Gayle (K C Jones) McGlinn of San Luis Obisco, CA and a grandson Patrick Francis Henry of Hillman. Francis has been taken for cremation and memorial services will be held in Marmora, New Jersey at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the Upper Township Rescue Squad 2028 Rt 631, Woodbine, N J 08270 or The Marmora Fire Department, P O Box 127 Marmora, NJ 08223.
