Mr. Gregory Roy Karkutt, 70 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully at his daughter’s home in Kincheloe on February 9, 2026. He was born in Mio, Michigan on July 25, 1955 to the late Robert and Shirley (Madden) Karkutt. He served his country proudly in the United States Army and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 3544 in Comins. Gregory thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors and loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, and making wine. He enjoyed helping others and like to socialize shooting a game of pool. He is and will be deeply missed.

Gregory is remembered by his daughters, Melissa Joseph, Michelle Nagle, Ashley Thorn; grandchildren, Dennis Morgan, Donna Volcjak, Tommy Hagan, Rebekka Nagle; and siblings, Larry Karkutt, Randy Karkutt, Bobbie Barr, and Renee Bugg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Shirley Karkutt; and daughter, Rebekka.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial held in celebration of his life in the Summer. Arrangements were entrusted to Green Funeral Homes.
