Harley Jonathan Jones, 83 of Hillman, Michigan died peacefully at MediLodge of Hillman on February 25, 2026. He was born in Howell, Michigan on May 2, 1942 to the late Harley Lee and Wilma (Goyt) Jones. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy. Harley resided in Hillman for the last 20+ years. He was a member of the Eagles in Atlanta. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed both hunting and fishing. He loved gardening and canning and was a fabulous cook, passing down his own cookbooks. He is and will be deeply missed.

Harley is remembered by his daughter, Robbin (Mike) Newberry; grandson, Chris Chisley; and great-grandson, Trenten Gambs. Harley is also remembered by his sisters, Editha, Janice, and Denae. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Wilma Jones; and sister, Noreen.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember him privately at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to Green Funeral Homes.
