Mr. Harold Robert Armstrong Jr, 54 of Lewiston, Michigan died peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw on June 7, 2019. He was born in Flint, Michigan on April 27, 1965 to the late, Harold and Lucille (Gillies) Armstrong Sr. He married his wife, Carolyn (Duffer) Armstrong in Fort Myers, Florida on July 12, 1994 and together the couple celebrated 24 years of marriage before his passing. They have resided in Lewiston since 1998. Harold worked at HB Carbide in Lewiston as a tamper for the last two years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. He loved to do anything outdoors including fishing, camping, and hunting, especially for deer. Harold loved his family dearly and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Armstrong of Lewiston; sons, Harold (Nicole) Armstrong III of Olathe, Kansas; Adam (Jennie) Armstrong of Puyallup, Washington; daughters, April (Joshua) Emil of Port Charlotte, Florida; Cheryl Franks of Shawnee, Oklahoma; Shana Armstrong of Seffner, Florida; ten grandchildren; mother, Lucille Johnson of Rockholds, Kentucky; sister, Karen (Marvin) Terrell of Rockholds, Kentucky; and Kim (Steve) Haselden of Great Falls, Montana. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Armstrong Sr; and sister, Anita Holland.
A memorial service will be held in celebration of Mr. Armstrong's life at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the First Baptist Church, Lewiston; Pastor Tony Petronico officiating. Visitation will take place from 6:00 PM until time of service.
