Juliene Elizabeth Washburn

Mrs. Juliene Elizabeth Washburn, 83 of Atlanta, Michigan died suddenly on May 25, 2024 at her home. She was born in Jackson, Michigan on July 14, 1941 to the late, George and Dorothy (Brazee) King.  She married her loving husband, James Washburn, on January 1, 1959 and together the couple celebrated 65 years of marriage before her passing. They have resided in Canada Creek Ranch for the last 40 years. Juliene had a variety of hobbies including sewing, knitting, crocheting, cooking, and baking. She loved watching the wildlife that came into her yard, bird watching, and gardening. She is and will be deeply missed.

 Juliene is survived by her husband, James Washburn of Atlanta; daughter, Christine (Joseph) Hildebrand of Ortonville; granddaughter, Jessica (Nicholas) Price of Clarkston; great-grandson, Renly Price; and sister, Priscilla Camarillo of St. Petersburg, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dorothy King; and brother, Tad.

 In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Juliene privately at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association in her memory.
