Karen Frost

Karen Louise Frost Mrs. Karen Louise Frost, 53 of Alpena, died peacefully on September 15, 2015 at Tendercare of Alpena. She was born to the late, John and Mary (Hubbel) Frost on February 22, 1962 in Pontiac, Michigan. She moved to Alpena in 2009, formerly of Hillman. She loved horses and enjoyed showing, riding, and training them. She also enjoyed shopping trips with her family and spoiling her grandkids. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Ben) Rowe of Alpena; grandchildren, Jimmy and Dekoda; and nephew, Jonathon Wegner of Japan. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Frost; and sister, Susan Wegner. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial held in celebration of her life on October 11, 2015 at the Rust Township Hall from 2:00 until 5:00 PM.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Ben) Rowe of Alpena; grandchildren, Jimmy and Dekoda; and nephew, Jonathon Wegner of Japan. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Frost; and sister, Susan Wegner.
As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial held in celebration of her life on October 11, 2015 at the Rust Township Hall from 2:00 until 5:00 PM.
