Her dedication to serving others took her on mission trips to Guatemala and the Philippines, and her acts of kindness touched lives close to home as well. She was known for baking to bless others, volunteering faithfully at the local pregnancy center, and giving her time and care to the community food pantry.
For 35 years, Lois worked with Northeast Michigan Community Mental Health, where she poured her compassion and patience into helping others. She loved her clients and treated them with the grace and understanding that reflected the heart of Jesus.
A devoted member of the Assembly of God church, Lois found great joy in women’s Bible studies, worship, and fellowship with her church family. Her faith was unwavering, her kindness abundant, and her life a true reflection of God’s love.
