Michael Dale Godfrey Michael Dale Godfrey, 49, of Lewiston, MI, passed away at his residence on July 10, 2010. He was born on May 21, 1961 to Clifford and LaDon (Schats) Godfrey in Pontiac, MI. He has lived in Lewiston for the past 15 yrs. He worked as the maintenance supervisor at AMI. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and snowmobiling. Michael is survived by his daughter, Alesha Werner of Lewiston, MI; grandson, Owen; and sisters, Paula (Michael) Melton of Johannesburg, MI, and Shari (Dan) Dunagan of Clarkston, MI. He also leaves behind his two companions, black lab "Sam" and chow mix "Apey". Funeral services for Mr Godfrey will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, MI, Pastor Toby Stadden officiating. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday from 5-9 at the funeral home.
