Ralph Joseph Weaver Ralph Joseph Weaver, 59, of Atlanta, MI passed away, surrounded by family, Saturday, February 28, 2015 after recently suffering a devastating stroke. He was a son of Lonnie and Pauline Harmon Weaver. Ralph was an avid outdoorsman, particularly enjoying hunting and fishing. He demonstrated tremendous strength, courage, and determination in the physical challenges he faced since his tragic accident in 2008. Family was of paramount importance to Ralph. He is survived by sons, Joshua Weaver (Carrie) of Grand Blanc, MI and Ian Weaver of Huntsville, AL; grandsons, Jamisen and Jaxon Weaver of Grand Blanc; siblings Pam Sexton (Billy) of Pinetta, FL and Rod Weaver (Deb) of Green Bay, WI; nieces, Staci Barkkari (Mike) of Clawson, MI, Lonna Holmes of Tallahassee, FL, and Ali Weaver of Anderson, SC; nephews, Duane Danks of Swartz Creek, MI and A.J. Weaver of Anderson, SC; great-nieces, Lydia Danks and Emma Barkkari; and great-nephew, Landon Danks. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and several good hunting dogs. Visitation will be held 5:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3 at Green Funeral Home in Atlanta, MI. The funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel Wednesday, March 4 at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Roger Steele officiating. A meal for friends and family will follow at Atlanta Bible Church, 11697 M33 North. The family is eternally grateful to the staff of the Estates of Rochester Hills and to beloved niece Staci Barkkari for their skillful efforts and compassionate advocacy. Ralph left an indelible mark on the lives he touched, and he will be missed by many.
