Richard Louis Castle Jr

Richard Louis Castle Jr, age 72, of Lewiston, Michigan passed away on August 14, 2025. He was born on April 12, 1953 in Garden City, Michigan. He was the loving husband of the late Barbara (Austin) Castle. Richard was an all-seasons fisherman and loved spending time outdoors.

Richard is survived by his sister, Linda (Michael) Freeland; aunt, Patricia Lease; niece, Kristen (Brad) Carey; nephew, Jason (Crystal) Freeland; niece, Julia Freeland-Stewart and her fiancé, Andy Donato; brother-in-law, Roy Hamilton; stepsisters, Cheryl, Peggy, Laurie, Janet, and Dottie; and dear friends, George and Pam Charney. Richard was preceded in death by parents, Richard Sr and Virginia Castle; stepfather, James Wallis; sister, Nancy Hamilton; and niece, Katherine Ford.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. Donations may be made in memory of Richard to Hospice of Michigan.
