Sandra Geremesz

Sandra Lou Geremesz Mrs. Sandra Lou Geremesz, 76 of Lewiston, Michigan died peacefully on July 21, 2018 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. She was born on February 12, 1942 in Algonac, Michigan to the late, Bernard and Margaret (Genaw) Cartwright. She married her husband, Raymond Geremesz on January 18, 1964 in Algonac and together the couple celebrated 54 years of marriage before her passing. Formerly of Algonac, the couple has resided in Lewiston for the past 14 years. Sandy enjoyed the outdoors and like to fish, have bonfires, and be outside. She was very social and enjoyed a good prank on family and friends. Time spent with her family was very important to her and she especially enjoyed her grand pups. She was a wonderful lady who will be dearly missed by those blessed to have known her. She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond Geremesz of Lewiston; son, Kyle (Deana) Geremesz of Algonac; daughter, Nicole (Chris Brown) Geremesz of Casco; brother, Jim (Denise) Cartwright of Homosassa, Florida; sisters, Mary North of Crossville, Tennessee; and Helen Kimbrough of Bend, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Margaret Cartwright. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial gathering held both in Algonac and Lewiston at a later date.

As were her wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial gathering held both in Algonac and Lewiston at a later date.
