Daniel "Danny" Needham

Mr. Daniel "Danny" James Needham, 58 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully at his home surrounded by the love of his family on the early morning of April 3, 2021. He was born in Wyandotte, Michigan to James and Carole (Dewyer) Needham on October 7, 1962. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. Formerly of Monroe, he has resided in Atlanta for the last nine years. Danny enjoyed fishing and duck hunting. He also enjoyed story telling and loved to learn about history. He will be greatly missed.

Danny is survived by his loving wife, Tara Sherrick of Atlanta; children, Patrick (Jillian) Needham of Southgate; Rory (Krystal) Needham of Eagle, Michigan; Harper Needham of Detroit; Michael (Sarah) Needham of Oceanside, California; Molly (Jacob) King of Sterling Heights; Nathaniel Needham of Atlanta; Sean Needham of Atlanta; grandchildren, Delilah, Penny, Faith, Charlotte, R.J., Cillian, and one on the way; mother, Carole Needham; brothers, Martin (Laney) Needham of Grosse Lle; Matthew (Barb) Needham of Hillman; John (Dawn) Needham of Harper Woods; Jeff Needham of Hillman; aunt, Judy Dewyer of Trenton; numerous nieces and nephews; and dogs, Daisy and Ruby; and cat, Bella. He was preceded in death by his father, James Needham; and dog, Sophie.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Danny privately at this time.
