Don Mcmurray

Don McMurray, 80, of Hillman, Michigan passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at My Michigan Medical Center.  He was born on October 24, 1941 to Arnold and Eva (McKenzie) McMurray in Hillman, Michigan.  After serving in the United States Air Force, he spent most of his adult life in the Hillman area. He enjoyed playing golf, spending time with his family, playing games with his grandchildren, and reading his Bible.  He lived by Proverbs 3:5-6.

Don is survived by his wife Julia of 46 years; his two sons, Luke McMurray and John McMurray, both of Hillman; his two daughters Renee ( Roger) Heckman of Mayville, Michigan, and Kristie (Darrin) Wakley of Susanville, California; five grandchildren; and his brother Paul (Jan) McMurray of Hillman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Eva McMurray.

Funeral Services for Don McMurray will be on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Visitation will take place at 10:00 AM with the service following at 11:00 AM at Green Funeral Home, Hillman. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Maranatha Fellowship Church, P.O. Box 466, Litchfield, MI. 49252.
