Louis Potts

Mr. Louis Samuel Potts, 77 of Johannesburg, Michigan died peacefully at home on December 31, 2020. He was born in Berea, Ohio on July 5, 1943 to the late, Louis and Gladys (Huffman) Potts. Louis worked for General Motors and retired at the age of 50. After retiring, he built his own home. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, fishing on his pontoon, trips to the casino, and bird watching, as well as feeding the birds. He will be dearly missed.

Louis is survived by his loving wife, Loretta Potts of Johannesburg; son, Louis Potts; daughter, Dawn Potts both of Arkansas; granddaughter, Alyna; two great-grandchildren; and stepdaughter, Terry (Mike) LaCost of Carp Lake. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Gladys Potts; and former wife, Sharon.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Louis privately at this time.
